This little hat sits atop the head and can be decorated for almost any time during the Victorian era - 1860's, 1870's, 1880's 1890's and even into the 20th Century.

Not quite a boater - just a cute little hat. The crown can be cut even lower for a completely different look. Simple hat - easy to build, fun to wear!
