Mina Pattern Description: Inspiration for this Mina hat was the hat work by Winona Ryder in Bram Stoker's Dracula. the scene where she had gone ito town and is wearig a sea form and dark green gown. Due to copyright issues, I am not able to show an image of the original hat here, however, if you click this link, or search the internet, you will find the hat. The original was decorated quite simply with the little pleated ribbon embellishment as shown on the pink and black hat. The hat is very 1880's. Please see the size comparison image at the bottom of the page that provides a size comparison between Betsy and Mina. Curl up sides of the hats brim for a different look. Crown bottom is curved for a curved brim effect. Very popular hat definitely good for Steampunk.
