Richard Pattern Description: Basic Men's Top Hat - sides can be curled or not depending upon look desired. This hat can be covered in a variety of fabrics. Note: The Richard pattern is not an adjustable pattern. Due to the varying fabric thicknesses that may be used to cover this hat, it will change the inner circumference of the hat making it larger or smaller. |
